We have invested 3 million dollars (20 Million Rupees) to upgrade our factory making it of world level with high grade sophisticated production equipments producing all grades of Pipe Fittings, Butt Welded Fittings, Flanges with atomization and electric panel control with green technology.
We are the first company in India, manufacturing ASTM A182 F321 Flange in high size by using German technology. We are able to manufacture Orifice Weld Neck ASTM A182 F321 Stainless Steel Flanges, Drip Rings, Spectacle Blinds Stainless Steel Flanges and Special Flanges to customer specific requirements.
What is ASTM A182 F321 Stainless Steel Flanges?
This specification covers forged or rolled alloy and stainless steel pipe flanges, forged fittings, and valves and parts for high-temperature service. After hot working, forgings shall be cooled to a specific temperature prior to heat treatment, which shall be performed in accordance with certain requirements such as heat treatment type, austenitizing/solution temperature, cooling media, and quenching. The materials shall conform to the required chemical composition for carbon, manganese, phosphorus, silicon, nickel, chromium, molybdenum, columbium, titanium. The material shall conform to the requirements as to mechanical properties for the grade ordered such as tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, Brinell hardness. All H grades and grade F 63 shall be tested for average grain size.

A182 F321 Stainless Steel Flanges Specifications
316Ti (UNS S31635) is a titanium stabilised version of 316 molybdenum-bearing austenitic stainless steel. The 316 alloys are more resistant to general corrosion and pitting/crevice corrosion than the conventional chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steels such as 304.
